Step 1

In a pan, bring the juice and honey to a boil

Step 2

Add the gelatin and mix in rapidly with a whisk until it is fully dissolved.

Step 3

Pour into molds and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes (for easy transport, place the silicone mold on a cookie sheet).

Step 4

Take out and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness
