Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Peel the sweet potatoes, and cut into french fry sticks, about ½-inch wide.
Step 2
Lay fries out in a single layer on a sheet pan. Toss with the olive oil and seasoning mix until evenly coated.
Step 3
Cook for 15 minutes. Flip fries over and cook for an additional 15 minutes, until crisp and golden. Serve hot.
