Name: Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients: 1 cup sour cream; 1/4 cup grated fresh horseradish; 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard; 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar; 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt; 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Mix together Alton Brown's Horseradish Cream Sauce from Food Network for an easy condiment to go with roast beef and more.

Horseradish Cream Sauce

sour cream

horseradish

Dijon mustard

white wine vinegar

salt

black pepper

Place all of the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld. Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2 to 3 weeks.

This is definitely my go to sauce!!!! Soo good!!!!

This is the best sauce I've ever used and was a winner with everyone. Can be used on beef , chicken  , seafood. We also have used it on hamburgers and as dipping sauce. 

Have made this several times- love it!  So yummy and amazing- goes great on just about anything- all types of meat, potatoes, etc 

I love almost everything Alton cooks up! This is a go to for me.  Made it for Christmas dinner last year and again for Thanksgiving this year. We need some sense of normal this year!
