Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and rinse under water, if needed.
Step 2
On a flat surface, slice the cauliflower head in half, then coarsely chop the cauliflower into floret pieces.
Step 3
Place cauliflower pieces inside the jar of your blender, about 3/4 of the way full. Fill with enough water to just cover the cauliflower pieces.
Step 4
Place the lid on the jar to seal. Blend on medium speed, pulsing a few times, until the cauliflower has been chopped and resembles small grains of rice.
Step 5
Drain the water out through a colander into the sink. Transfer the riced cauliflower onto a clean kitchen towel and ring out excess water.
Step 6
Transfer cauliflower rice into an airtight container to zip bag for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
