Step 1
Add ice to two large (12-ounce capacity) stemmed wine glasses.
Step 2
Pour 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur into each glass.
Step 3
Add the juice of half a lime to each glass.
Step 4
Top with 6 ounces of sparkling rosé.
Step 5
Garnish each glass with plenty of fresh mint and a lime wedge. Enjoy!
