Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup Milk ((whole, chilled)); 2/3 cup Water ((chilled)); 2 tbsp Organic cane sugar ((or sweetener of choice)); 1 tbsp Instant Coffee; Ice cubes; 1 tsp Chocolate ((dark, grated, optional))

Instant iced coffee is a refreshing summer drink. This is an easy recipe to make iced coffee quickly at home using just 4 ingredients. With no brewing involved, this delicious and flavorful instant iced coffee is made in less than a minute using Nescafe instant coffee.

Instant Iced Coffee

Milk ((whole, chilled))

Water ((chilled))

tbsp Organic cane sugar ((or sweetener of choice))

tbsp Instant Coffee

Ice cubes

tsp Chocolate ((dark, grated, optional))

Put the milk, water, sugar, and instant coffee in Vitamix or a high-speed blender.

Blend for about 30 seconds gradually increasing the speed from low to high until all the sugar and coffee has been dissolved.

Put some ice cubes and optionally grated chocolate in a glass.

Pour the blended coffee over ice and enjoy the iced coffee :)

So simple and perfect! I wish more recipes were like this. I used half equal, half stevia, didn't have a blender so used a Ninja Food Processor to "blend" four ice cubes first, then added everything else. Came out super creamy! Perfect!
