Jell-O Ice Cream Mold

Step 1

Grease a bundt pan or gelatin mold and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine orange gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water.

Step 3

Stir to dissolve.

Step 4

Add 12 ounces of ice cream and stir until blended.

Step 5

Add to mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the top is slightly set.

Step 6

In a medium bowl, combine lime gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water.

Step 7

Stir to dissolve.

Step 8

Add 12 ounces of ice cream and stir until blended.

Step 9

Gently add to mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the top is slightly set.

Step 10

Repeat with the remaining 2 layers and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.

Step 11

Loosen edges with a butter knife to aid release.
