Marshmallow Easter Bunnies

Step 1

Put sugar and cold water into a bowl and beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Dissolve gelatine in hot water and, while still hot, add to the sugar mixture and beat until thick and white.

Step 3

Pour into sprayed rabbit moulds. Refrigerate until set.

Step 4

Toss in coconut.

Step 5

Add eyes and whiskers using red food colouring, if desired.
