Marshmallow Fudge recipe

Step 1

Line a 20 cm square cake pan with non-stick baking paper.

Step 2

Place chocolate melts, vanilla essence, butter and condensed milk in a pan. Stir over low heat until melted, remove from heat and allow to cool.

Step 3

Stir in marshmallows then pour into prepared cake tin. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate until firm.

Step 4

Turn out onto a chopping board, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
