Mexican Ground Beef Casserole

Step 1

Brown ground beef along with onions in a skillet on top of the stove and drain. Add black beans, salsa, green chiles, taco seasoning, black pepper and salt to hamburger and onion. Mix together and cook for 10 minutes on top of stove. Unroll and place raw crescent rolls in the bottom of a 11 x 7 sprayed baking dish. Pinch seems together on rolls to form a bottom crust.

Step 2

Pour ground beef mixture into baking dish on top of the crescent roll crust. Sprinkle on shredded cheese and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes to allow crust to bake. Remove and serve with a dollop of sour cream on top of each piece.
