Mini Honey Mustard Meatloaves - CE

Step 1

Mix first two ingredients in small bowl. (this is your sauce)

Step 2

Mix next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3

Spray muffin tin with non stick spray. Scoop meat into 12 count muffin tin with ice cream scoop for equal portions.

Step 4

Top each with sauce mixture.

Step 5

Cover with plastic wrap.

Step 6

Uncover meatloaves and bake in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside.

Step 7

Cook potatoes and corn according to package directions.
