Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9X12 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the cauliflower. Cook the cauliflower until tender; about eight minutes. Drain and add cauliflower to a large mixing bowl.In a small mixing bowl combine paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, pepper, cardamom, coriander, cumin, and cayenne. Toss about 1.5 tbsp of the Moroccan spice mixture with the cooked cauliflower. You will have leftover spice mixture. Take half of the cauliflower and spread it evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour half the heavy cream over the cauliflower. Sprinkle the top of the cauliflower with half the butter, garlic, cheddar, and mozzarella. Repeat process with remaining ingredients.Bake the cauliflower until the cheese has melted and golden about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with feta, pomegranate arils, and parsley. Serve and enjoy
