Remove mixture and place onto a plate.

Mould your cake mixture into the shape of a normal baked cake. Apply pressure to ensure the mixture is tightly held together, if it crumbles at all, press harder.
Step 7
Move the cake onto a clean plate, cover lightly and refrigerate while icing is made.
Step 8
Icing: Combine all icing ingredients in the processor.
Step 9
Mix until a well combined, smooth consistency. Scrape the sides of the processor to combine all ingredients well.
Step 10
Refrigerate, lightly covered with foil until required.
