Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place dehydrated strawberries into a small food processor or mini chopper and process until broken down into crumbles

Combine the ripe bananas, cashew butter, egg whites, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Mix well

Add the coconut flour and salt, and mix well to incorporate. Fold in the sliced almonds
Step 5
Grease an 8x8" pan. Divide the batter in half
Step 6
Pour half of the batter into the pan and spread evenly (it will be very thin once spread)
Step 7
Sprinkle the dehydrated strawberries evenly over the top
Step 8
Pour the remaining batter over the top of the dehydrated strawberries. Carefully spreading to cover
Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes then let cool before cutting into bars
