Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Get out a large skillet and heat to medium high heat. Add the butter and let it melt then add the crushed garlic. Saute for a minute until the garlic is fragrant.
Step 2
Add the clams and clam juice to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
While the clams are cooking, drain the Palmini noodles and rinse well with cold water. You want to get as much of the water from the can off the pasta as you can.
Step 4
Add the pasta to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until the noodles are cooked to your liking.
Step 5
Sprinkle the parsley leaves over top and serve. You can also add some grate parmesan which is optional.
Step 6
NOTE: You can place a wedge of lemon with each serving if you want. The linguine can sometimes have an acidic taste so the lemon is not necessary. However if you use a different kind of keto pasta you will want to add the juice of 1/2 lemon to the clam juice when making this dish.
