Step 1
Boil pasta according to the package directions. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot. Add 1 tbsp butter and stir it until the butter melts.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a blender, add 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 4 tbsp milk, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, 1 pinch nutmeg, and some black pepper.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese sauce to the pot and turn the stove on low heat. Let the sauce warm it up, stirring it often (do not let the sauce boil and overheat). Once warm, take it off the heat. Serve pasta right away with some grated Parmesan cheese on top.
