Pineapple Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3

Add the eggs, crushed pineapple, and vanilla and mix well.

Step 4

Pour the cake batter into a greased 9×13 inch glass baking dish. Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 325 then cover loosely with foil to prevent over browning. Return to the oven to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cake.
