Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Put biscuits in a zip lock bag and crush them. You can also do this in food processor but avoid making it into fine powder.
Step 2
Put biscuit crumb in a bowl and add melted butter. Gently rub it with fingers to mix and make it crumbly.
Step 3
In a bowl whip the cream using electric beaters. Add powdered/icing sugar and whip until soft peaks form.
Step 4
Drain the canned pineapple chunks reserving syrup as well.
Step 5
To Assemble the dessert you can use a serving dish or individual cups/glasses. Layer some biscuits and press them lightly.
Step 6
Drizzle some pineapple juice over the biscuits and layer pineapple chunks.
Step 7
Add a layer of whipped cream. If you are assembling it in glasses, its easier to use a piping bag.
Step 8
Repeat another layer with biscuits, pineapple and cream. Sprinkle some biscuit crumb over.
Step 9
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hrs. Serve it chilled.
