· 8 ounces light cream cheese (softened)· 4 ounces 97% fat-free cooked ham, diced (I use the kind that comes already diced in a bag)· 1 tablespoon salsa· 1 tablespoon light sour cream· 8 -10 tortillas
Step 1Place cream cheese in food processor and pulse a few times.Step 2Add diced ham and pulse until the ham is well mixed with the cream cheese. (The mixture should start to become pink.).Step 3Add salsa, pulse until entire mixture is pink.Step 4Add sour cream, blend until entire mixture is smooth.Step 5Take each tortilla and spread the mixture evenly over one side. (Amount will change depending on size of tortilla - use what you see fit!)Step 6Roll tortilla up tightly, wrap in foil.Step 7Repeat this with every tortilla.Step 8Place wrapped tortillas in fridge and leave there for at least an hour. (Overnight will make them much better, trust me!) :-).Step 9Take tortillas out and slice each into 1/2 in-1 in pieces, laying down on an appetizer tray horizontally.Step 10Enjoy!
