Step 1
Cover the pork ribs with cold water in a pot, bring to boil over medium-high heat, cook for a few minutes till the pork ribs have changed color, discard the water, rinse under running water, drain well and set aside.

In a ceramic pot or a dutch oven, add pork ribs, daikon, ginger and 4 cups water.
Step 3
Bring to boil under high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 35 minutes with lid on.

Season with Chinese vinegar, salt and white pepper, stir to mix well.
Step 5
Add in the goji berries, simmer for another 5 minutes before removing from heat.
Step 6
