Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, cake mix, oil, and eggs and mix until fully combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips until well combined.

Step 4

Using a medium cookie scoop, add cookie dough onto the baking sheet. Do not overcrowd as the cookies will spread.

Step 5

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are set.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for 5-10 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer them to a wire rack.
