Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by'' date. (Three months from when you prepped the meal.)
Step 2
Add all ingredients to freezer bag.
Step 3
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.
Step 4
Defrost freezer bag overnight.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 6
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Step 7
Roast for 30 minutes until the cauliflower is golden on the edges.
Step 8
Defrost freezer bag overnight.
Step 9
Preheat the air-fryer to 400 degrees.
Step 10
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the air-fryer basket (you may have to do this in more than one batch)
Step 11
Air-fry for 15 minutes until the cauliflower is golden on the edges.
