Step 1

Preheat the oven to 280˚-300˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the baking spray.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with the sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture becomes foamy and grows in volume at least two times.

Step 3

Add the flour and cocoa powder and beat the eggs mixture for 10 min. more. Then mix in the baking powder.

Step 4

Place the cubed apples and butter into the pie pan and slightly pour the eggs and flour mixture over the apples.

Step 5

Place the apple pie into the oven and bake it for 1 h to serve with the cream spray.
