Sakura Strawberry Latte

Step 1

In a high-speed blender, combine fresh strawberries and milk and blend until smooth.

Step 2

To a tall glass, add in sakura cherry blossom syrup to your taste.

Step 3

Next, add in ice and the blended strawberry milk.

Step 4

Top with additional milk.

Step 5

Add a few diced strawberries (or freeze-dried strawberries) to the drink (optional).

Step 6

Stick in a straw, give it a stir and enjoy.

Step 7

Whisk together hot water and matcha together until frothy.

Step 8

Prepare the Sakura Strawberry latte as above.

Step 9

After topping with additional milk, pour the matcha over top.
