Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Cut each pastry sheet in half. Spoon one-quarter of the mince mixture along the centre of each piece of pastry, leaving a 2cm border along both short ends. Roll up from long end to enclose filling. Place rolls on prepared tray.
Step 2
Brush roll tops with egg. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed. Cut rolls into thirds. Serve with salad leaves.
