Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Mix the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Step 2
Separate the ground beef into 4 equal amounts. Without overworking the ground meet, gently form 4 patties (see video).
Step 3
Sprinkle each patty with the spice mixture.
Step 4
Stove Top Directions: Turn the heat to medium until the pan is hot. Add the burger patties to the hot pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip the burgers, and cook another 3-4 minutes. You can also cover the pan with a lid if you want the inside to be well done.Grill Directions: Preheat the grill on high heat. Once it is super hot, turn it to low and add the burgers. Grill the burgers on low to medium/low. That fat from the burgers may cause "flare-ups" on the grill so keep the heat low and keep your eye on them. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip the burgers, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until they reach the desired doneness.
Step 5
Serve the burgers warm with your favorite toppings such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mayo, and mustard.
