Combine the oyster sauce, garlic, sesame oil and 2 tbs of the soy sauce in a bowl. Add the beef. Cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat and cook the beef for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate.

Meanwhile, cook the beans and sugar snap peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain.
Step 3
Combine sweet chilli sauce and remaining soy sauce in a bowl.
Step 4
Thinly slice the beef. Divide beef, vegetables and rice among plates. Top with dressing and sesame seeds.
