Spicy Cheese Sauce

Step 1

Roughly chop the onion garlic and jalapeño.

Step 2

Add your Magical olive oil to the machine making sure to coat the sides. Add your onions and garlic to the machine.

Step 3

Set the temperature to 160º F and press the 1 HOUR cycle.

Step 4

Let the onions and garlic cook for about 10 minutes giving it a light shake at the 5 minute mark to move it around.

Step 5

After 10 minutes remove the lid and add jalapeños and crushed tomatoes.

Step 6

Cut the cream cheese into smaller chunks and then add them to the machine along with the Mexican cheese blend.

Step 7

Set the temperature to 160º F and press the 1 HOUR cycle.

Step 8

Transfer into a bowl garnish with cilantro chives or red onion and serve as a dip!
