STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE MIX COOKIES

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2

Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or grease with non-stick spray.

Step 3

In a large bowl, add cake mix and baking powder.

Step 4

Whisk together.

Step 5

Add eggs and vegetable oil.

Step 6

Mixture together with a spatula until it is all combined and all the pieces of dry cake mix is gone.

Step 7

Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 8

Place rounded balls of dough, about 2 Tablespoons each, onto the cookie sheets.

Step 9

Bake for 10 minutes only.

Step 10

Remove from oven and let cookies cool on cookie sheets.
