Add 1 tablespoon honey or more to taste.

Pour mixture into custard cups.
Step 12
Refrigerate until set, about 3-4 hours.
Step 13
Place the strawberries in a small bowl.
Step 14
Pour honey on top and add mint leaves, toss to coat.
Step 15
Run small, sharp knife around the edges of cups to loosen the custard.
Step 16
Invert onto serving dishes.
Step 17
Spoon strawberries and mint over top and serve.
