Sundried tomato pesto is a great choice for adding some depth and flavor to sandwiches! Spinach and tomato are also excellent choices, as they add some fresh and healthy elements to your meal. This sandwich is especially delicious

Sundried Tomato Mayo Bacon &amp; Egg Sandwich

Tablespoon sundried tomato pesto

mayonnaise

hearty whole grain bread

bacon

eggs

spinach

Mix together the sundried tomato pesto and mayonnaise.

Toast the bread, and spread each slice with 1/4 of the spread.

Layer on the bacon, spinach, tomato and egg.

Top with the other slices of bread.

Cut in half and serve.
