Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Slice and dice your bacon to the doneness you like in a pan, remember the bacon will cook a smidge more in the oven as well.

Step 3

Spray a casserole pan with a nonstick spray.

Step 4

In another skillet cook your sausage until it is cooked thoroughly and drain the fat.

Step 5

Spray 9X13 pan with nonstick spray.

Step 6

In a bowl combine together your tater tots, bacon, cooked sausage, and cheeses.

Step 7

Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk.

Step 8

Put the tater tot combination in the bottom of the casserole pan.

Step 9

Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots in the pan.

Step 10

Bake for 65 minutes or until the eggs cook all the way through.
