Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

In a 12" Dutch oven, brown sausage until cooked and crumbled. Meanwhile combine milk, eggs and spices and whisk together. When sausage is cooked through, cover with 2 cups of cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top, cover evenly with tots and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove lid and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon. Heat another 5 minutes to melt cheese. Garnish with parsley.
