Add water and Thai tea mix in the Instant Pot.
Step 2
Select Pressure mode on high for 15 minutes followed by natural pressure release.

Strain the tea and let it cool down.

Pour the tea over ice, add sweetened condensed milk (2-3 tbsp) or to taste and some evaporated milk (3-4 tbsp) or to taste.

Boil water in a pot on medium heat on the stovetop.

Once the water boils, add the Thai tea mix.

Let it boil for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid.
Step 9
Let the tea steep for another 15 minutes.
Step 10
Strain the tea and let it cool down.
