Thick & Clean - an AeroPress Recipe

Step 1

Set your AeroPress standard and wet a paper filter over the Fellow Prismo with hot water.

Step 2

Set your water temperature at 98 celsius degrees.

Step 3

Put the coffee in the plunger and pour over 20 grams of water, stir gently for 10 seconds.

Step 4

Let bloom for 20 seconds. Preheat your cup while your coffee bed is blooming.

Step 5

Fill up with the remaining amount of water and stir gently for 10 seconds again.

Step 6

Wait 20 seconds and place the handle on top of the AeroPress.

Step 7

Press the contents into your preheated cup by using your body weight.

Step 8

Swirl your cup a bit and let it rest for 30 seconds at least. You're basically using boiling water and a preheated cup, so you'll need to rest it a bit depending on your room temperature.
