Make sure you push the plunger in about half way (as you won&#39;t be adding too much water)

Add your 18g of coffee to your inverted AeroPress

Stir to make sure all your coffee is wet - be a little aggressive, you need to remove any clumps.

Add the lid, start your timer and wait 90 seconds.

After 90 seconds, flip AeroPress, give it a little swirl to make sure no grounds are stuck to the side.

Press slowly and gently. For this recipe, please push right through until after the hiss.

This should yield 65-70grams of strong coffee.

Top up with warm milk (steamed or frothed if you can) and enjoy!

gramsrams of Medium ground coffee (Something light, of your choice)

Rinse the paper filter with running tap water for 10 seconds

Use 14 grams of freshly fine filter ground coffee (light roast)

Pour 200g of water at about 96°C over the coffee.

Place the handle on the Aeropress in order to prevent the water from draining through the filter.

After 60 second steep time, take the handle off, stir 3 times back to front.... it&#39;s important to only stir 3 times again here, if you stir less it will be under-extracted, stir more and it will be over-extracted

Then place the handle on top of the aeropress and press the contents into a large cup or pitcher by using your body weight

Set your AeroPress inverted and wet double paper filters with hot water.

Set your water temperature at 81 celsius degrees, put the coffee in and fill up with 70 grams of water.

Start timer and swirl your AeroPress around for 15 seconds.

Fill up with the remaining amount of water. 

Wait until 1 minute, then put the cap on.

Wait until 1:30, then plunge until around 1:45.

Set brewer in standard position on a server. Don&#39;t rinse or preheat the brewer (it doesn&#39;t make any difference).

Place on scales and then add water, aiming to wet all the coffee during pouring.

Start a timer, and immediately place the piston piece into the top of the brewer, about 1cm in. This creates a vacuum to stop the coffee dripping through.

Holding the brewer and the piston, gently swirl the brewer.

Place the Aeropress on top of the mug/server and add your coffee grounds

Add 250ml of water (=filled almost to the top)

Put the plunger in to stop the water dripping through the filter

At 2:00 press for round about 30-40 seconds

Grind 40g fresh roasted coffee (1-2 weeks makes best crema).

Preheat your AP with the Prismo attachement screwed on.

Use fresh filtered water just off the boil.

Start the timer and pour slowly 100g of water (takes you 10-20 secs).

Now stir like crazy for 20-30 seconds (I like to go with 25 secs).

When the timer hits the one minute mark, put the AP on a mug or thick glass and put the plunger on.

Now press very hard at the beginning, to compress the puck and keep pressing hard and even till the plunger reaches the coffee bed.

You should get a nice crema (should last at least 30 secs, if it doesn&#39;t maybe the coffee beans were not fresh enough or your pressing was to weak or stirring not long enough).

Add a filter paper to the bottom and add your ground coffee, then shake it to level the bed.

Compress the puck in some way (usually a small spice bottle is ok) and then put a paper filter on the puck (or a shower screen of a moka filter).

Add your water (if you can&#39;t measure it, up to the 2) and press gently. Stop at the first drops.

Then, press gently.  You can stop at the hiss or press to the puck, it does not change a lot.

Thick &amp; Clean - an AeroPress Recipe

coffee (Washed/Medium-Dark Roast)

Set your AeroPress standard and wet a paper filter over the Fellow Prismo with hot water.

Set your water temperature at 98 celsius degrees.

Put the coffee in the plunger and pour over 20 grams of water, stir gently for 10 seconds.

Let bloom for 20 seconds. Preheat your cup while your coffee bed is blooming.

Fill up with the remaining amount of water and stir gently for 10 seconds again.

Wait 20 seconds and place the handle on top of the AeroPress.

Press the contents into your preheated cup by using your body weight.

Swirl your cup a bit and let it rest for 30 seconds at least. You&#39;re basically using boiling water and a preheated cup, so you&#39;ll need to rest it a bit depending on your room temperature.

Set up the Inverted Method: Insert AeroPress plunger into chamber to the middle of the ‘4’ on the chamber and stand the AeroPress coffee maker upside down on the counter.

Add coffee to chamber and shake to level.

Pour in water.

Stir for 15 seconds.

Place the AeroPress metal filter into the filter cap and screw the filter cap onto the chamber.

Carefully flip the AeroPress coffee maker over onto your mug and press through.

Room temperature water

Add 1 rounded scoop of medium-fine grind coffee to the AeroPress Original, Clear, or XL chamber and shake to level

Add room temperature or cold water up to (4) on the chamber

Stir briskly for 1 minute (don’t skip this step!)

water, 210°F (99°C)

Whipped cream, pecan crumbles, maple sugar (optional)

Soak pecans in milk for 5-10 minutes.

Add to blender with maple syrup and cinnamon and blend until smooth.

Double strain the pecan milk and set aside.

Grind coffee to espresso fineness and add to AeroPress.

Add 130g of near-boiling water to AeroPress and stir back &amp;amp; forth aggressively for 20 seconds. Set aside to brew for ~2 minutes.

After ~2 minutes, slowly push down on the AeroPress over 30-45 seconds.

Heat &amp;amp; froth the maple pecan milk.

Add to the coffee and top with whipped cream, crumbled pecans and maple sugar.
