Step 1
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes until tender and bright in colour. Remove, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a small saucepan over low heat. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and thyme, and stir for 2 minutes until combined and warmed through.
Step 3
Arrange the white beans, green beans, tuna and spinach on a serving plate. Drizzle with warm dressing and serve.
