Step 1

Top with 1 portion of the onion and bell pepper mixture and encase the filling like it’s a burrito. Brush with oil and top with shredded vegan cheese.

4. Repeat with the remaining steak bakes. Bake all of them at 400 F for 30 minutes or until evenly brown and crisp. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
