Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If you want chunky fruit popsicles, then you can add in an additional 1/3 cup of finely chopped fruit into the mixture after it's been blended.

Step 2

Pour the popsicle mixture into popsicle molds, and place in freezer for at least 4-5 hours.

Step 3

Serve and enjoy.
