Step 1
Heat oil in frying pan and saute garlic, shallots, mushrooms and chilli flakes for 5 minutes. Add zucchini (courgette) and cook a further 2 minutes.
Step 2
Fold through feta and lemon juice.
Step 3
Gently toss through hot spaghetti and serve with lemon wedges.
