Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt in a medium bowl; set Greek yogurt sauce aside.

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Sprinkle fillets evenly with pepper and remaining 1 teaspoon salt, and spray with cooking spray. Lightly coat fryer basket with cooking spray. Adjust cooking in batches depending on your air fryer basket size. Add salmon fillets to basket, skin side down, and cook until fish is cooked through, about 4 minutes for medium doneness. Remove salmon from air fryer, and transfer to a platter, garnish with dill. Serve with Greek yogurt sauce.
