To make lemon grass tea | fresh lemongrass tea | lemongrass and mint tea |, wash and cut lemon grass into small pieces using a scissor. Also, we will be using some mint leaves in this fresh lemongrass tea recipe, so remove them from the stem. Wash and finely chop the mint leaves. Keep aside. Pour 5 cups of water. Covering the pan with a lid is important. The lid will seal the pan and will not let the aroma escape. Jaggery can be replaced with honey. But add honey after straining the tea. Grated ginger is also a good addition to the lemon grass tea.
