BBQ Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

· 3 lbs. Pork Backribs {approx.}· 18 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce {1 bottle}· 6 oz. Dr. Pepper – use ½ of a 12 oz. can· ⅛ tsp. Salt· ⅛ tsp. Pepper

Instructions

Step 1Cut Rib rack in halfStep 2Sprinkle ribs with Salt and Pepper, then place in Crockpot.Step 3Combine BBQ Sauce and Dr. Pepper in bowl, mix well, reserve 1/2 cup, then pour remainder of sauce over ribs in Crockpot.Step 4Cover Crockpot with lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or LOW for 8 hours, or until done.Step 5Remove ribs from Crock Pot and brush on remainder of sauce. ENJOY!!Step 6Optional: spoon sauce from Crock Pot over ribs 1-2 times while cooking to keep extra moist.
