Step 1
Fill TC bowl with 500ml water. Place lid on, and top with steaming tray / Varoma. Position steaming mat on upper steaming tray. Spread veggies out evenly across steaming mat.
Step 2
In a small bowl or jug roughly whisk together eggs, salt and cream/milk/water. I simply use a fork for this. Pour egg mixture over vegetables on steaming mat. Sprinkle with grated cheese. You can see all these steps in the video above!
Step 3
Steam for 13 minutes, steaming (Varoma) temperature, speed 4.
