Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Line a 9x5 baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine white chips ( 1 1/2 cups ) , heavy whipping cream ( 1/4 cup ), vanilla and honey in a small sauce pan ( 1 tbsp. honey and 1 tsp vanilla) .
Step 3
Heat on medium to high heat.
Step 4
Stir constantly until chips are melted and smooth.
Step 5
Add the yellow food coloring to your first batch and stir until color is blended. (I used about 8 drops)
Step 6
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish and chill for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Repeat the steps as above for the yellow layer. (For the orange I used about 12 drops of yellow and 4 drops of red)
Step 8
Spread the mixture evenly onto the chilled yellow layer and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Step 9
Repeat steps above.
Step 10
Spread the mixture evenly onto the chilled orange layer and chill for at least 2 hours.
Step 11
Remove the fudge from the pan
Step 12
Cut into small squares or triangles
