Add the cream cheese, grated cheese, and seasoning to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Select BEAT for 1 minute. Coarsely process the coating in the Manual Food Processor. Transfer to a single Coating Tray.Line a Cookie Sheet with parchment paper. Using a Small Scoop, place about 24 level scoops of cheese mixture onto the cookie sheet.Roll the cheese balls in the coating then return them to the cookie sheet.Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
