Step 1
In a large skillet arrange bacon in a single layer, and cook over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Step 2
Season the chicken with paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Remove all but 1 tablespoon of bacon grease from the skillet. Add the chicken and cook over medium-high heat for about 5=6 minutes per side, until it is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove and set aside until you are ready to assemble.
Step 4
To assemble, spread about 2 Tablespoons of ranch dressing over each tortilla. Top with 1 cup of lettuce, sliced tomato, and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Step 5
Place 2 strips of bacon and a piece of chicken in the center of each wrap.
Step 6
Fold the sides over the chicken, and then roll tightly from the bottom up.
Step 7
Cut in half with a sharp knife and serve immediately.
