Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar alternative, peanut butter and butter; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a waxed or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes or place in the freezer until firm.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl (defrost at 30 second increments) until smooth. Dip peanut butter balls and place on lined cookie sheet, then sprinkle with sea salt. Let sit until the coating hardens.
Step 5
Place in an air tight container and keep in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
