Step 1

In a deep 8x6 inch (20x15 centimeters) pan, add the following by layers.

Step 2

Base/1st Layer - Crush the chocolate wafer cookies, add to baking dish, pour belted butter and combine well, press down firmly with back of spoon or fingers.

Step 3

Filling/2nd Layer - Combine mascarpone, whipping cream and icing sugar and whip until very thick. Spread on top of cookie base.

Step 4

Filling/3rd Layer - Combine chocolate pudding package and milk beat as instructed on package (do not add extra milk). Spread over 2nd layer.

Step 5

Topping/4th Layer - Beat whipping cream until firm, spread over 3rd layer.

Step 6

Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes before serving. Enjoy!
