InstructionsPrepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.Apply cooking spray in a Bundt pan.In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients to the cake. Beat until just mixed.Transfer the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread it evenly.Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.In a mixing bowl, add lemon juice and powdered sugar. Stir until well blended.Spread the glaze on top of the cake.Serve and enjoy!
